What Our Guests Are Saying
- Sweet perfection in Napa!Hubby and I stayed in Cottage #5 for a couple of nights and it was wonderful! Romance at it’s best.....this cottage is very private and located towards the back of the property. It is well equipped with about everything you could possibly need and VERY CLEAN. The staff is fantastic: from the girls in the front office to all of the housekeepers. Mike, the owner, has put his heart and soul into this property and is one of the friendliest guys you could ever meet. You will see him riding his bike through the property-he is very hands on and involved in the day to day operations. We loved being able to have our own fire every night in the 2 chiminea fire pits at our cottage and of course loved the daily breakfast delivery of pastries. They have bikes that you can use and there is a wonderful bike and walking path along the main road by the cottages. Make sure you book the cottages way in advance! Once you’re there you may not want to leave! Thank you, Mike, for your hospitality and for sharing your slice of heaven with us!
- Heaven in the heart of NapaMy wife and I visited Napa for our 10th anniversary 19 years ago, and we had an unbelievable experience. For this visit, we brought our two adult daughters, and we wanted the stay to be even more memorable. We never could have imagined that staying at The Cottage of Napa Valley would make our second visit to California wine country better than our first. We never wanted to leave The Cottages.
- 25th Anniversary WorthyFabulous stay in Napa! Mike is a warm host and his enthusiasm is contagious. We made use of the amenities, riding the available E-bikes twice. Once into the town of Napa and once to Yountville and beyond. Cottage 5 is highly recommended as it is in the back corner away from the highway and with a good sized private outdoor area. The outdoor stoves are loaded with firewood and easy to fire up, and I highly recommend the ‘smores kit. We opted for this place over a swanky hotel in town and couldn’t be happier with our decision.
- The Cottages: Best Place for an Anniversary Stay! This cottage experience was generous, clean, thoughtful and just what we needed for our 16th Wedding Anniversary. The bed had a stool (needed it to get in to the bed) and the nicest duvet! Mike greeted us with a special toast and told us about the history of the property.
